There's no one to blame but Stallone for action sequences that degenerate into incoherence, to the point where it's impossible to know who's truck is exploding and who's shooting at whom.- While Stallone's film won't win any Oscars, it gives off a dopey genre high that's hard not to catch.
- This is truly a movie that nobody needs -- gratuitously savage, implausible and sometimes incoherent.
